"Get at the Heart of the Matter by Investing Your Heartbeats Wisely:  Practical, Philosophical and Principled Leadership Concepts for Business and Life"

Featuring:

Theo Etzel, partner and director of Conditioned Air, as well as author of the book, Invest Your Heartbeats Wisely

Throughout our lives, we are surrounded by heart idioms, such as:

  • Take heart
  • Follow one’s heart
  • Eat your heart out
  • Faint of heart
  • Heart of gold
The heart encompasses so much meaning and importance in our lives - in physical, professional, and personal terms. We all have a finite number of heartbeats on this earth, and we must deem what is worthy of investing our personal heartbeats.

Join Theo Etzel as he discusses how to effectively lead an organization to create a corporate culture of accountability, along with advice on every aspect of running a company - from getting started, hiring and motivating employees to letting go and redirecting when you are ready to exit the business.  Theo will provide a guiding voice for professionals who believe their role is to lead people, not to manage them.  He offers a combination of business practices and life habits, using specific examples and suggesting solutions that you can apply to make both your company and your life more joyful, purposeful, satisfying, and profitable.
